Going on a mission!

My life is sometimes feels like a continual new adventure! I am extremely excited for my newest endeavor I am about to embark upon! On the 21st of December I report to the Provo MTC to begin my training for the Independence Missouri Visitor Center Mission! I will serve the Lord for 18 months inviting people to come to Christ! I am so grateful for the opportunity to sacrifice my time, money, energy, and regular life activities in order to serve others. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ! I am so grateful to have a testimony of the divinity of the savior! I know the gospel of Jesus Christ, that was present in old times, has once again been restored to the earth through modern prophets under the direction of our loving Heavenly Father! I know that Joseph Smith was the first man of the latter days called as our prophet! I love the Book of Mormon and the principles taught in it. The Book of Mormon is another testimony of Jesus Christ. I love reading from its pages! I love the Lord! I am just so excited for my mission!

My brother Stephen and my mom will be updating this blog throughout my mission! They will be posting pictures and my emails home! :) I look forward to talking to all of you in a year and a

half! :)

Just some dorky things to post for people reading this that have been running through my head:

*Mom- You are the most wonderful mom on the planet! You are such an example of what I want to be! :) You are so very talented and have always shown me how to be the best that I can be! I am so happy to be your daughter! Mom I love you so much! :) I am looking forward to your weekly letters!!! :)
*Stephen- I just have to post this for you!!!! I kept thinking throughout this whole blog- "On Monday we began a journey".... This always makes me laugh so hard! I love you so much! Dont ever forget how much you mean to me! I hope that when I get home I can go to your wedding and not before then just saying :) I love you so much Stephen!
*Andrew- You are such a goofy fun kid! I love you and I am going to miss all our fun times! But you are going to grow up so much while I am gone! I am excited to see you dating and driving when I get home! haha (such a weird thought!!!!!!) little poosky boosky, dumpy lumpy, nooder dooder, bunky runky dunky! hahaha... I love you little man! :)

*Dad- I love you so much! I really really really really really am going to miss my running partner! I love you so much and am so thankful for all that you do for me! I feel so close to you! I love you dad so very much! :) You are the best dad on the planet! Thank you for being so patient and always helping me with making decisions and always being there for me! I love you so much! Please write me a lot on my mission- even if it is all about fly fishing or engineering or the chickens or fun nerdy things like hydroponics :) I will love all your letters Dad! ;)

*David- I am excited for all that Amanda is going to write me about your future! :) :) :) David you are a wonderful older brother! :) I want PICTURES!!!! ;) Oh but not all details hahahaha :) Thanks for always being such a great example of righteousness! :)

* Amanda- You are so amazing! I am soooo soooo happy for all that is happening! :) You are such a sweetie! :) I couldn't be more happy for David because of you! :) You are so beautiful, smart, kind, fun, and absolutely lovable! :) Thank you Amanda for being you! ;)

*Adam- you wont read this but had to just say: I love you and you rock my socks! I look forward to missionary moments with you! ;) we are going to rock the world! ;) Can't wait to see ya in a year and a half! You are my little yoders! ;) I love you!

*Reed- I am excited to get all your letters! You have been such a huge support for me on my mission and its been so amazing getting to know you! You are such a wonderful man! Thanks for all the time we have had to talk! :) Its been so much fun! I am so grateful for everything!!! :) I look forward to hearing about all that happens! :)

*Kersie- You are one of my best friends! ;) Thanks for being such a wonderful friend and such a sweetie! :) I am so excited to serve a mission and you have been such a great example to me! :) I definitely look forward to getting letters from you and hearing whats happening from the group at home! :) You are wonderful Kersie! ;)

*Drew- I CANT WAIT FOR YOUR CALL! Italy or Independence or Bulgaria please! ;) You are going to be such a wonderful missionary! :) Thanks for being so nice all the time to me! :)

*Jodi- Again you will be on your mission the same time I am but had to write ya on here because we have become best friends! we are going to have so much fun in the MTC together! ;) I am excited to write ya girly! :)

*James- You are amazing! I can't wait for you to go on your mission! :) we are going to have so much fun! :) You are so wonderful! Thanks for all the fun smiles and laughs we have had and helping me to be strong and all the good talks we have had! :) Letters!

*Ammon- you will always be my favorite co-chair! You helped me get inspired to be a better person! Thanks for being a wonderful friend and keeping life fun and interesting! :)

*Dobby (aubrey)- you are adorable! I love you and will put in a good word with my missionary brother! haha I am excited to do your workouts you send me! ;) You hold tight till my bro gets home haha :)
